EF1 TORNADO. 7.5 MILE LENGTH. UP TO 120 YARDS WIDE.
DEVELOPED JUST SOUTHWEST OF MAIN STREET AND MUSTANG ROAD
ON THE EAST SIDE OF YUKON. TORNADO MOVED EAST-NORTHEAST
AND ENDED NEAR NORTHWEST 60TH AND MERIDIAN IN NORTHWEST
OKLAHOMA CITY /OR JUST EAST OF WARR ACRES/ IN OKLAHOMA
COUNTY.

05/07/2008 OKLAHOMA OK NWS STORM SURVEY

EF0 TORNADO. 2.8 MILE LENGTH. 20 YARDS WIDE. DEVELOPED
NEAR NORTHWEST 164TH AND MAY AVENUE AND MOVED SOUTHEAST
ENDING NEAR MEMORIAL ROAD AND WESTERN AVENUE.

THE FIRST TORNADO DEVELOPED ON THE EAST SIDE OF YUKON WHERE TREE AND
FENCING DAMAGE WAS OBSERVED. ONE HOUSE IN YUKON SUFFERED THE REMOVAL
OF PART OF THE ROOF. THE TORNADO MOVED EAST-NORTHEAST PRODUCING
INTERMITTENT TREE AND FENCING DAMAGE THEN MOVED ACROSS THE NORTH
PORTION OF LAKE OVERHOLSER AND INTO OKLAHOMA COUNTY. AS THE TORNADO
CROSSED NORTHWEST 39TH EXPRESSWAY… IT DAMAGED SOME BASEBALL FIELD
BLEACHERS. AN APARTMENT COMPLEX WAS DAMAGED NEAR NORTHWEST 50TH AND
GROVE AND TREE DAMAGE EXTENDED TO NEAR NORTHWEST 60TH AND MERIDIAN.

THE SECOND TORNADO DEVELOPED NEAR 164TH AND MAY AVENUE AND MOVED
SOUTHEAST PRODUCING SCATTERED TREE DAMAGE TO NEAR MEMORIAL ROAD AND
WESTERN AVENUE. SOME ROOF DAMAGE WAS OBSERVED AT A HOUSE NEAR
NORTHWEST 150TH AND PENNSYLVANIA… AND AT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX
NORTHEAST OF PENNSYVANIA AVENUE AND MEMORIAL ROAD.

INVESTIGATION IS CONTINUING WITH THESE TORNADOES.
