Nice Day – but Winter Returns on Thursday

Warm and dry conditions prevailed across Oklahoma this afternoon. However, change is in the air and Oklahomans will get a fresh taste of winter on Thursday. An Arctic cold front is expected to slam through the state during the day, resulting in high temperatures during the morning hours. By late afternoon temperatures should be in the low 30s or even lower.

Ice, snow, rain, and a variety of other precipitation types remain possible Thursday – Sunday. It won’t precip the whole time, with Thursday night and Saturday nights the likely times for Oklahoma.
