– The center of Category 1 Hurricane Dean was located inland near Poza Rica, Mexico. Dean is moving towards the west at 19mph.

– This is the last discussion on Dean.

Discussion:

Dean did about what it was forecast to do. If the system holds together, it may emerge into the Pacific. However, the higher terrain of Mexico will likely rip the low level circulation apart.
