OKC sets a rain record!

Note: Oklahoma was in a drought 2005 and 2006, this year is different. Also, I’m not complaining about the rain, I’ll take what I can get.

TODAY MARKS THE 14TH CONSECUTIVE DAY WITH AT LEAST A TRACE OR MORE
OF RAINFALL AT WILL ROGERS AIRPORT IN OKLAHOMA CITY. THIS TIES THE
RECORD FOR CONSECUTIVE DAYS WITH RAIN. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS THE
14 DAY SPAN BETWEEN MAY 29 AND JUNE 11, 1937.

RECORDS FOR OKLAHOMA CITY DATE BACK TO 1890.
